The Rec Centre team is super-proud of yoga instructor Tilak Raj, who won the Yoga Teacher of the Year award at the New Zealand Exercise Industry Awards ceremony last Saturday night. With his strong background as a yoga practitioner, Tilak exemplifies an excellent student-focused practice in and out of class. Well done Tilak.
