It would be really cool to ask your child what they remember from Alan and Emily’s visit on Monday (Science in a Van). 

Our group of children (Year 1 - 3) learnt about bubbles; about the words mixture, force, and separate, in particular. Students got an understanding of mixtures - how the separate, and how they come together to create a reaction. We were involved in guessing (predicting), trying out (testing), and seeing what happens (making observations). All in a VERY entertaining way.
