We enjoyed our last regular assembly for the year. Team Totara hosted an assembly which showcased a variety of learning.

Team Totara showed off their great masks, and Shuayb Milne and Finn McLaughlan presented their speeches. The Friday Creativity group, Stage Challenges, presented four dances from different countries they had choreographed themselves. Two groups from Kowhai Town read their letters they have written to MPs in regards to environmental issues. Jeremy presented Venetia Larraman, Ruby Aitken, Lisa-Quan Webb and Joely Townley with their certificates from the Canterbury Primary Schools' athletics where they finished third in the 10 year old girls' relay.  We sang the birthday song to those who had recently celebrated their birthdays.  The Lyttel Adventurers were: Maddie Thompson, Cahaya Milne, Connor Buckley, James Scott, Ivy O'Meagher, Annabel Larking, Ella Huddlestone, Olivia Wright, Grady Kenix, Holly Turnbull, Nikau Mateer, Lada Stoliarova, and Stella McCabe. Vue Dann was welcomed to Harakeke Town, and we loved the Port Hills News reviewing the year.
