Brain Busters plays out on TV2 at 4.20pm on weekdays and is made by Whitebait Media right here in Christchurch.
Year 8 and 9 tamariki play a general knowledge round before stepping forward to answer questions in a specialist subject of their choosing (Maths, Spelling, Te Ao Māori, Science, History or Memory). The top two players take on our in-studio obstacle course and the final player takes on the quiz master one on one for max winnings.
Absolutely everyone on the show wins prize money We are currently casting for season 4 and need tamariki for recording dates in 2023. I’m not just looking for smarts but also students with a range of interests and strengths! We do our all to make it a positive experience for the students who take on the adventure and appear on our show.
