Tekoteko
We used egg boxes to make tekoteko!
A tekoteko is a carving of a person. The bits of egg carton stick out like a carving. We glued the bits on and then we painted them brown so they look like wooden carvings of peoples' faces. We put them on the front of our wharenui. Our wharenui is like the one at Rāpaki.
