We know that the Takaroa floor are also looking forward to performing their dance that encompasses the volcano that formed the crater of the harbour, the water washing in, the naming of the Whakaraupo, and an interpretation of the Tamatea Pōkai Whenua story. This will be performed on the first Friday of Term 4, 18th October, 2:15pm.

The end of term 3 has come along rather quickly with next week the last week of term. Next Friday we will be making available to parents formal reporting comments on your child's learning in reading, writing and mathematics. These are available to parents through Linc-Ed. If you have forgotten your username and or password for your parent Linc-Ed account please review this article for the instructions or come in and see us.

We have published Orry's article in today's newsletter regarding School Strike for Climate next Friday afternoon.  If you are intending to take  your child/ren  please inform us at the front desk so we can ensure only children accompanied by a  parent leave  school early on this day.  SS4C is not organised or supervised by school staff.

Have a great weekend everyone.

Ngā mihi
