Our youngest students thoroughly embraced the Cross Country last Friday, giving it a rousing thumbs up by all of them. Here are some of their comments:

Sidney: I loved the race

Billy: I loved how we all got a certificate

Tao: I liked how we could all go as fast as we wanted!

Elliott: I fell over, but I still came second!

Fawn: It made me really happy

Addison: I liked how I could take ages to finish, but I didn't give - that's manawanui!

Evie: It took perseverance to do it

Ochre: It was fun to not give up and make it to the end

Toi: I like how it was a challenge to get to the end!

Sonia: It was fun, and I was in first place!
