We warmly invite you to the upcoming student learning conferences next Monday and Tuesday. Thank you for the online bookings so far.

When: Monday 5th & Tuesday 6th August 

Time: 2:15 - 6.00pm (15 minutes per student)

To select a time please visit the school interviews website and use the code mfsx8.

We request please that if parents are  able to pick up children at the earlier time of 2:00pm on Monday 5th and Tuesday 6th it would be greatly appreciated.  This enables teachers to finish their meetings by 6pm rather than 7:45pm.  As always we will provide supervision for children who aren't able to be picked up early on the interview days.

Raupo & Totara

Please select either teacher 1 or teacher 2 at a time slot that is most suitable for you.

Conference bookings will close at lunchtime on Friday 2nd August to allow us time to confirm the schedule with teachers so they can prepare.  If you need to make a booking after 12pm on Friday please see your child's teachers directly.  The teachers will coordinate any late bookings on their master list.

The smooth running of our learning conferences relies on keeping to the timetable. If more time is required, you are welcome to arrange a separate meeting or phone call with your child's teacher.

The term 3 student student learning conferences aim to:

• include a reflection on the first half of the year and learning goals set
• revisit and clarify reporting comments so far in the Linc-Ed parent portal
• opportunity to view/discuss student work
• discussion on next steps and goals for remainder of year

Please take note of your time(s). Once you have made your booking you will be emailed a notification.  Office staff are available to provide support with bookings if you have any problems.
