Lyttelton Primary School is offering this challenge to all who are interested - from years 1 - 8!

The HELL Reading Challenge is a well-established programme, now in its fourth year, which has been hugely successful in getting kids reading and enjoying the pleasures of stories — with the bonus of free pizza rewards.

New Zealand Book Awards are very excited to be continuing their partnership with HELL Pizza. Hell Pizza's enthusiasm for children’s reading and generous ongoing commitment is awesome.

You will find a poster in each classroom as to what is expected to complete the challenge.  The pizza wheels will be held by Rita in the library.  Each week the pizza wheel for your child will be updated in regarding to the books read/tasks completed.  We are aware that some children are already taking up the challenge with the Lyttelton Library - this is wonderful, and no problem to have 2 wheels on the go!
