On Thursday the 17th November Takaroa had a fantastic day out. 

We visited the Art Gallery where Harakeke went to an exhibition called Bad Hair Day and Kowhai had a gallery lesson called Clay Beasts. 

While at the Museum Harakeke worked with the Museum teacher who took them to visit Discovery and the dinosaurs while Kowhai experienced the 75 Years of Air New Zealand (the virtual reality was a great hit). 

At 12.30 we performed at the Gallery. Thank you to all the parents who supported us giving us by being in the audience, and Sarah who did a super job on the music. 

So despite the weather and the bus delay we really did enjoy our day in town.
