Presented by: Nadia Dick - Counsellor, and Clare Vesty - Child and Family Psychologist

Nadia Dick is a counsellor with a Masters of Counselling from Canterbury University, currently working as Mana Ake Team Leader for Presbyterian Support Upper South Island. She enjoys working alongside children and whanau, teenagers and also couples as they work towards their best hopes and a more enjoyable future. Alongside this Nadia is passionate about presenting relevant and practical information that parents and caregivers can add to their parenting kete. She has lived in a number of places around the world including Kampala, Cairns and the highlands of Papua New Guinea and she and her husband have three children.

Clare Vesty is a Child and Family Psychologist working in Mana Ake for Family Works, Presbyterian Support Upper South Island. Her experience includes supporting children, young people, and their whānau with a range of developmental and wellbeing concerns. She brings with her a background as a primary teacher and enjoys working alongside schools to support their community’s wellbeing goals. Clare has a passion for early intervention approaches when it comes to supporting young people, and enjoys running parenting programmes such as Tuning in to Kids.
