Coffee drop in sessions every fortnight - all welcome.

It was great to see so many of you at our first coffee morning this week. Please ask new parents at the school to come along too. It is a great opportunity to talk to Brendan and connect with or meet other parents. 

Find out about what the Family Hub have in the pipeline for this year and share your ideas about what you would like from our parent group. We value your input and want to reiterate that the group is a way of positively engaging parents into greater collaboration with the school. This means many and varied things so come along and talk about how YOU would like to be involved.

Family Hub 'Intention Statement' 

'The LPS Family Hub is a parent led group with a strong focus on community engagement. We seek to involve the school families in a broad range of activities, and act as a forum for communication and consultation.

In addition to the fund raising and social roles which have been the focus of the previous parent group (PTA) we would like to give parents and whanau the opportunity for greater involvement in day to day school life.

We aim to nurture positive community engagement, create opportunities for parental involvement and a stronger parents voice, and facilitate greater collaboration between the school and families'.
