Principal's Message

Brendan Wright —

Kia ora koutou

Well done to our school choir for your singing today at the Aupaki Music Festival held at sumner school.  You did yourselves proud.  Thank you to Candice and Janet for supporting this group. Our choir were also outstanding school representatives at the Christchurch Schools Music Festival last Friday.

It was great to see many parents turnout for our junior athletics sports on Wednesday. We are working on making sure the irrigation system for our grassy operates correctly so should have a less soggy playing field soon!

Congratulations to Rachel Ono who has been appointed to a team leader position at Halswell Primary School taking up this new role form the beginning of term 1 2019.  We will miss you Rachel and look forward to farewelling you in the weeks to come from both your Lyttelton Primary and Aupaki kahui Ako roles.

Reminder about our parent evening on Tuesday next week (6th November at 6:30pm). Gifted and Talented Education
