We warmly invite you to the upcoming student conferences. These are an opportunity for students and their family/whanau to meet teachers and establish positive learning relationships for the coming year.

When: Wednesday 26th & Thursday 27th February

Time: 2:15 - 6.00pm (15 minutes per student)

To select a time please visit the school interviews website and use the code 4xbj2. 

We request please that if parents are able to pick up children at the earlier time of 2:00pm on Wednesday 26th and Thursday 27th it would be greatly appreciated. This enables teachers to finish their meetings by 6pm rather than working late into the evening.  As always we will provide supervision for children who aren't able to be picked up early on the interview days.

Conference bookings will close at lunchtime on Tuesday 25 February to allow us time to confirm the schedule with teachers so they can prepare.

The smooth running of our learning conferences relies on keeping to the timetable. If more time is required, you are welcome to arrange a separate meeting or phone call with your child's teacher.

Please take note of your time(s). Once you have made your booking you will be emailed a notification.  Kate & Suzy will be available to provide support with bookings if you have any problems.

Below please find a copy of the 'All About Me' document which will guide discussions during the conference.  We encourage you and your child to discuss this prior, if possible, so they feel confident in sharing with their teacher.
