We are excited to be underway shortly with our term 1 and 2 context for learning.

The school inquiry focus  centres on conceptual understanding of sustainability, change and social responsibility.  

Our  location within whakaraupo and the importance of environment and sustainability in our curriculum leads us to explore "In what ways can we protect mahinga kai and our environment?" 

Teachers will be working with children as they develop their understandings initially of mahinga kai, the local environment and sustainability before extending into areas of further interest both local, national and global.
