Kōwhai had earned a reward for reaching the Surface of Moana a Kōwhai point system. We made pizzas and had a movie.
Thanks to our wonderful band of parent helpers Agnieszka (who made a fantastic sauce), Kim, Edson, James, Peter, and Mike for all their hard work. And all of our fantastic parents who provided their tamariki with the ingredients!
Students put their favourite toppings on, working together in teams of 4. Once completed the pizza was whisked away by our parent helpers, who cooked and returned the results ready to eat. Students then enjoyed the shared kai.
Archie: Thought the pizza was yummy. Tadhg said,
"pizza day was great because the pizza was yum."
