Neon road safety day

Rachel Cummins —

On Wednesday the 9th of May the Student Council are supporting Road Safety Week.

There will be a neon parade around Lyttelton at 10:15 so please wear neon clothing to school.

The reason behind this is to promote the foundation of brake which is a road safety awareness group. There will also be neon face painting before the parade so please bring a gold coin donation. Constable Meg is coming in for the day to talk to the students and to lead the parade.

Please dress up in neon clothes for when we walk around Lyttelton so we stand out. We will be walking down Oxford street onto Norwich Quay then up Canterbury Street and then along London street and then back down to school. After the parade there will be a best dressed judging for all of the classes.
