Jenny Felton

Kia ora, I’m Jenny and it’s a pleasure to be the Tumuaki / Principal of Te Kura Tuatahi o Ōhinehou / Lyttelton Primary School.

I am responsible for the day-to-day welfare and education of the children and staff, and for specific duties delegated by the Board of Trustees in accordance with the New Zealand Curriculum Framework and the National Curriculum Statements.

During my career in education, I have become extremely passionate about teaching and learning and am fully committed to making a difference for all tamariki.

Outside of work my partner and I are owner/operators of a successful berry growing business and in my spare time I enjoy baking, walking in the great outdoors, doing yoga and mindfulness and getting away to tropical islands for a relaxing adventure.
