From the fantastic view from our learning space window, we are capturing our impression of the harbour and what it means to us with paint.

Ridley and Maia gave an impressive korero at Rapaki Marae on Wednesday.

Children are learning an important whakatauki over the next two weeks referring to our ngā ura / value of Manaakitanga (resect)

We have our first completed passport! Well done to Mrs Grieve who has found quite a few treasures in the picture books, and she is looking forward to sharing these in class! It is not too late to join - see Rita.

I like Action Stations because they’re better than the Daily 5. The listening stories are really relaxing. I also like building because I can be really creative. I also like them because we can chose what we want to create. I once made a massive creation that protects the army people.

We walked all the way to Magazine Bay on Monday. My leg hurt a bit - I have itchy bites that got infected. But I persevered. I liked making the sand art best. It was exciting and fun!

Senior students will be running a lunch canteen again on the following dates: Tuesday 7 May Tuesday 21 May Tuesday 4 June Tuesday 18 June Tuesday 2 July (These dates are fortnightly)
