New SMS via Linc-ed for school wide messages

The Music Festival was a great first test for our new text message service to let you know that the buses were running late. We added this feature to all first contacts. The feedback was that families wanted us to add the second contact as well which we have done. Please contact the office if you would like any other contact added to this service, or have any other requests.
