A few Thursday night's ago a few of us went to the Polytech to make the stuffing for our School Hangi which was held yesterday evening.

We chopped, processed, weighed, taste tested and rolled our way through the night and enjoyed lots of laughs together. Thank you so much to our community for helping with these jobs to ensure this event could happen and for it be such a success! A special thanks to Hayley Dodds (Charlie in Rātā' class's mum) for organising this for us and letting us use your precious cooking space at the Polytech. We hope you enjoyed our stuffing balls last night!
