We have had a fantastic week of fun and banter with our Year 13s. Share lunches, Year 13 assemblies and daily dress-up themes. One day to go!

Well done to our boys that competed at the South Canterbury mountain bike championships yesterday. It sounds like a great day. Thank you to Rebecca Biggs for supporting our team for the day.

The Mackenzie College Board is currently reviewing the vision and direction of Mackenzie College.

Thank you to the Heartlands Saturday Community Markets for donating money towards sports equipment for Mackenzie College students to use at lunchtime and after school. Maureen, Phil and June do a fantastic job volunteering their time, and we appreciate that this money goes back into our community. Our students have enjoyed being outside and making the most of the warmer weather and new equipment. Thank you!

Here are some photos of Year 7 & 8 Rimu working on their eco-system displays yesterday. They worked cooperatively in groups to write descriptions of the ecosystem they were creating.

With some supply difficulties associated with our current CCC jacket and with no long-term solution, the school has decided to move to a local supplier, XCM.
