AWD College Swimming Sports
On Friday, October 27th, Te Whare Ako's talented swimmers participated in the AWD College Swimming Sports. They did exceptionally well, thanks to their regular Friday practices.
The event was full of excitement and teamwork, creating a memorable experience for all. The results are as follows:
- Breana: 1st Place in 25m Breaststroke
- Hinerangi: 3rd Place in 50m Backstroke
- Nga: 2nd Place in 15m Walk
- Gabriel Johns: 2nd Place in 25m Backstroke
- Gabriel Broughton-Kingi: 2nd Place in 25m Backstroke
- Lawrence: 2nd Place in 50m Backstroke and 22nd Place in 50m Freestyle
- 4x25m Free Relay Team (Jemma, Gabriel BK, Hine, and Breana): 2nd Place
These results show the dedication and hard work of Te Whare Ako's athletes. They demonstrated their skills and teamwork in various events.
