Year 12 Hospitality

These dishes were cooked so that we could complete 3 assessments at level 2. They are Fruit and Vegetables, Salads and Grilling. 

 We cooked a Grilled Thai beef salad (which we also changed up) and produced a yummy pasta salad, a gorgeous fruit salad (which is what you see served in the wine glasses and a Waldorf Salad these were served with grilled and marinated grilled Chicken Breast.

We set the tables just as we would if we were serving others and served one and other.

The students, as you can see, did a fantastic job of all aspects of this cook and just have the paperwork to complete and they will have earned themselves 6 credits. All from completing one big cook which took them 2 periods.

I am very proud of the hard work exhibited by all of these students.
