Royal Family Visit to Mana

Hilary Milne-Roberston —

This week we were incredibly privileged to have the one and only Royal Family Dance Troupe visit our school.

The Royal Family, who is known for their distinctive style of dance pioneered by New Zealand's own Parris Goebel performed in Mana Colleges Hall, and displayed attributes that inspire our young ākonga to succeed. Diligence, confidence and the ability to succeed were all on full display during their performance and it was safe to say that our students absolutely loved their short show.

After their performance, the Royal Family dancers were gracious enough to take some photos with our students, and hung around as long as their schedule allowed. It was wonderful to see performers at such a high level display their skill and immense athleticism within this school, and we wish them all the best for their upcoming tour of Europe.

A huge shoutout goes to Ms. Moxey for making this whole thing a reality, and for continually pushing our students to succeed.
