Kyna has been away from school a few weeks. It have been some challenging weeks. She has experienced different cultures, foods, dealing with local conditions, the stressful and scary experiences of crossing roads in busy Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon).
The last few weeks have been days of hard work. Daily multiple hours of training and playing (long) matches at average temperatures of 33 degrees. Her efforts have been rewarded and has earned points. And with this an International Ranking in tennis.Kyna is now one of the very few (young) female tennis athletes in NZ with a world raking.
