Progress Reports

Janine Laumua —

Mana College is committed to keeping you informed of your child's progress. We do this primarily through e-mail, phone calls and conversations, but we also have a website available where you can track Child's progress. To access, click on the link below or go to www.mana.school.nz and click on the 'Student Life and Learning' drop down box followed by the 'Kamar' tab. Click on the link provided and insert your personal login details that are displayed below.

The portal will provide you with up-to-date information including attendance, engagement data, learning progressions and current financial details. The information is live so you can check on progress as it happens at school.

You can also access the Portal through the KAMAR app that is available for iPhone/iPad/Android devices although the web browser version provides more information so is preferable. Download the App onto your Device from the App Store / Google Play. Note: In settings enter the Server Address: https://portal.mana.school.nz. Login using your username and password which were emailed to you during the week.

On Monday you should be receiving your first progress report for your child for 2024.  The reports will be sent out every 2 weeks.

The report represents the students level of engagement in their subjects. This includes attendance data for the weeks shown. Engagement data is determined by the following:

4 = Excellent level of engagement
3 = Good level of engagement
2 = Some engagement
1 = Very little engagement

Further information, including assessment results, can be found on the Portal (https://portal.mana.school.nz/index.php). If you do not have the login details please contact students Toka Āhuru.

If you have any questions or concerns relating to the information presented in the report, please get in touch with students Toka Āhuru and/or subject teacher. Teachers are more than happy to korero about issues that may be having an impact on learning or well-being.

If you do not receive your child's report please check your spam (make as safe) or call the school office to ensure we have the correct email on file.
