In our first session, all 7 teams completed an amazing race, working together to solve clues and find their way to different important places of Ngati Toa. The race finished at whitireia. The greatest distance covered was Taylor and Dylan who ran 12.6km in their way round the Porirua Amazing race and the winning team was Zakya, Benny and Saxon, who were delighted to hear the famous words of ‘Zakya, Benny and Saxon you are the first team to arrive’!

Then our 2nd session the group worked in groups of 4 to carry logs up and down Rangituhi. Making sure the log did not touch the ground at any time. They had to work together, share the load and share some rest time!

We are loving the effort being put in and the toughness and skills that they are developing.
