Exam Information
We would like to extend our heartfelt thanks to all the students for their hard work and dedication throughout the year. We also bid a fond farewell to our Year 13 students, as they prepare to venture into the wider world.
We wish everyone sitting exams the best of luck. Below is the exam information.
NCEA exams begin on Tuesday 5th November this year. To further help students prepare for these a study timetable has been shared with students. If students wish to come to these workshops then they need to let the teacher involved know, sign in at the office when they arrive and sign out when they leave.
Students need to bring their exam slip to every exam. If they have misplaced this, then they need to contact Ms McLaughlin as soon as possible to get a new one. All details of the times and dates of their exams are on this slip. The timetable for the exams can be found here:
https://www2.nzqa.govt.nz/ncea/exam-timetable-and-key-assessment-dates/exam-timetable/.
If a student cannot sit an exam for a justified reason, they can apply for a derived grade. These are based on the grade they received when sitting a practice assessment earlier this year. Please get in touch as soon as possible if your child may need to go through this process.
Students need to wear their school uniform for any study workshops and for the exams. School lunches will not be provided to seniors during this time.
