For the first time, Mana has linked up with Whittakers to provide students with a work opportunity and a chance to learn about the work environment.

Four students were interviewed by Whittakers and went through an induction process.

The Mana College students will be employed by Whittakers for each holiday period over the year.

They will learn all about a work environment, Health and Safety, Food technology and about different roles in the company.

Mana College is the only school Whittakers is working with.

It is a great opportunity for students to learn about the work force and be involved with a local Porirua Company
