On Friday 24th May all of the Year 9 students spent half a day at Zealandia.

The weather was kind to us and we saw a great range of birds, animals and plant life. The students were able to enjoy being away from the classroom and school, have some fun, learn a bit about what a regenerated area looks like and what impact this has had on species at ZEALANDIA. Since then the Zealandia staff have helped students consider what we could do in Porirua to help regeneration. Thank you to Zealandia for hosting us, and well done to all students who represented Mana so well.
