The Kite Academy is held on Thursdays in E2 with 7 out of 10 students being from TWA the other two being Year 9 students. There is one girl and the rest are boys. They are supported by two Teacher Aides. At moment we are building two kites each one being made from ten identical pyramids that the students have constructed. They are going to investigate cultural aspects of kite making and flying with a focus on Maori kites.
