Last Friday the year 10 German class went on a trip to the Goethe Institute in Wellington. At the institute Mana students met with a year 10 German class from Heretaunga College. Students from both schools had previously met each other through an assessment in term two.

Throughout the day students engaged in language learning through dance, Hexenhaus bauen, a (short) trip to Switzerland and of course shared a lot of German food!

It was a great trip, experiencing language learning in a different context!
