I was away at space camp for two weeks in the holidays in America. While I was there we did mission simulators, building rockets and meeting astronauts.
I was an EVA officer (mission control) and Mission specialist (astronaut) in the simulation. What I gained out of this is knowledge on what astronauts have done to get to where they are today and the different jobs that are involved in sending people up to space. It was an amazing opportunity and would love to do it again.
