On Tuesday 8 students headed to Walter Nash to compete in the junior 3x3 basketball champs.

Junior Girls (Eden, Rosailelah, Jade & Charlee) had a very successful day remaining unbeaten for the day and took out the Premier Girls title. The girl's final was locked up at full time and was sent into extra time, Eden slotted the winning 3 pointer shot for the girls to claim gold! Throughout the normal basketball season, we had to combine with Aotea as both teams didn’t have enough players so to see these girls all y9 represent Mana College and take out the top title against top private basketball schools is amazing.
Junior Boys (Jared, Cordell, Isaiah & Ian) started the day well with 3 from 3 to remain unbeaten in pool play. The boys won their quarter final and unfortunately lost the semifinal. Massive effort to get back up for their last game and finish 3rd in division 1.
