It is my pleasure to congratulate Dr Robert Stratford in his appointment as our new Assistant Principal at Mana College. Robert was formally the Board Chair at Mana College, and stepped down from this role before applying for the position. Robert brings huge experience and expertise to this leadership role through his work as a teacher, educator and public servant. Robert's career has been involved in leadership working for ERO, Victoria University, the Ministry for the Environment, and He Huarahi Tamariki (teen parent unit).

Robert will take up his position at the beginning of Term 4.

We will also be fare-welling Ms Amanda Picken on Friday the 20th September and supporting her Powhiri process to Wellington East Girls College, where she will take up the position of Assistant Principal. We are clearly very happy and sad in this decision. Amanda has made a huge impact on the school over the past three years and we look forward to supporting her on her next journey.
