We had a huge amount of fun Wednesday afternoon in Event Management Academy! As there were only had juniors in the class this was an interesting exercise of students learning about “you don’t know, what you don’t know!”

We have been looking at some of the practical aspects that CAN but aren’t necessarily, part of managing an event. For this section, we baked fruit cakes (last week), and this week we were practicing and learning to use different techniques in icing those cakes.

Although the students had pre-planned the way that they were going to decorate, on the day they changed up their plans.

This provided a whole lot of fun and laughs in the classroom!
