Transition Expo

This Expo explores post-secondary school options for disabled rangatahi and their whānau around school and beyond. If possible, please do share this information within your school and your communities.

This year’s event will include stallholders providing information on post-secondary education, supported employment, supported living, community, travel, recreation, and social connections as well as wider support and information. Alongside the information at the Expo stalls there will be activity to get involved in as well as various presentations.
