Conrad completed a Bachelor of Arts (Political Science) at Otago University and a Graduate Diploma of Teaching and Learning (Secondary) at the University of Canterbury. He then completed a PG Diploma in Education and is currently working towards a Master of Education with Canterbury.

Conrad taught for seven years at Roncalli College, Timaru before moving to St Peter’s College in Palmerston North as HOD English. His teaching subjects are English (including Scholarship), Media Studies (including Scholarship) and Literacy. Coaching his schools’ Boys and Girls soccer and Futsal teams has been a passion for Conrad. He has also supported drama productions, Stage Challenge and junior camps.

Conrad’s wife is also a teacher, and currently teaches at Freyberg.  He will begin at Manawatu College in 2019.
