On Friday 5th April we took part in the national Gumboot Friday event, to raise awareness around suicide and depression.

The students were encouraged to take part by wearing their gumboots to school with their uniforms, our student leaders held gumboot activities at lunchtime and gold coins were collected to go towards free counseling for teenagers in New Zealand.
