Dougal is the son of our teachers Mr and Mrs Allan and is a former student and Sports Captain of Manawatu College.

Dougal spoke to the students about the importance of friends and whanau in his victories and encouraged the students to surround themselves with people who inspire and support them.  

He then guest spoke in the Sports Development class, who were grateful to receive advice and tips from such an elite athlete!
