On Wednesday 15th May, Manawatu College hosted the annual Manawatu Inter-Secondary Schools Cross Country competition on our Cross Country Track.

Manawatu College had  13 students qualify for our College team from their times in our Inter-House Cross Country competition held on Wednesday 8th May. 

They were:

Junior Girls - Chantaaliyah Kauri, Skye Chambers

Junior Boys - Troy Rolfe

Intermediate Girls - Shelby Wells, Charlotte Blight, Chloe Granich-Smith, Chloe Wright

Intermediate Boys - Jacob Thomas, Malachi Ching, Tyrone Thomas, Navah Chapman

Senior Girls - Caitlin O'Sullivan, Shantelle Stratford

Senior Boys - Dominic Blight

Chantaaliyah Kauri placed 28th and Skye Chambers placed 40th in the Junior Girls race.

Troy Rolfe placed 46th in the Junior Boys race.

Charlotte Blight placed 22nd, Shelby Wells placed 32nd,  Chloe Wright placed 33rd and Chloe Granich-Smith placed 34th in the Intermediate Girls race.

Tyrone Thomas placed 21st, Jacob Thomas placed 25th, Malachi Ching placed 36th and Navah Chapman placed 37th in the Intermediate Boys race.

Caitlin O'Sullivan placed 18th and Shantelle Stratford placed 24th in the Senior Girls race.

Dominic Blight placed 16th in the Senior Boys race.
