Our Senior A Netball Team Compete In The Lower North Island Secondary Schools Netball Tournament

This year the annual tournament was hosted by Netball Manawatu and held in Palmerston North.

The Senior A team this year consists of: Saryah Chambers, Porscha Ross, Myellah Harvey, Aaliyah Thorby, Eden Chambers, Skye Chambers and Brooke Whittaker. Crouched: Chantaaliyah Kauri, Tayla Kuiti and Summah Chambers.

They got off to a great start, beating Mana College 50-23.
Their second game on day two was against a Manukura Invitational Team. They went down 36-22 and unfortunately Captain Tayla Kuiti injured her lateral ligament in this game.  

Our girls went down in their first game on day two against Wairoa College 36-25. They then lost their next game against Nga Tawa 26-13.  

On day three they went down in their games against Nga Tawa and Bishop Viard College's.  

On day four the girls went down against St Matthews College and then went down in their Semi final against Naenae College,  32-29. 

On the final day of the tournament the girls played off for 15/16th out of 32 teams.  They beat Waiopehu College in their final and came away with a 40-25 win.   This meant that they finished in 15th place out of 32 teams this year.
