Wellington’s annual, long running regional motocross championships for all classes – Senior, Junior and Mini, raced over the one day on Sunday 13th May 2018.

This competition was Malakai's first official competition.  Unfortunately he had bike trouble on race three and had to pull out of the competition but it a great experience for him! 

Malakai also works 8-9 hours every Saturday to buy his own gear and fund the running of his bike.  He is looking to enter into the club rounds next month hopefully on a bike the next size up.
