Our senior Te Ara o Nga Rangitira and year 9 and 10 whanau homeroom classes enjoy their Marae Day at Paranui Marae.
On Thursday 23rd May, the 9GH and 10HK whanau homeroom students and staff headed to Paranui Marae to learn about tikanga.
Supported by Senior Te Ara students who were also working towards NCEA credits by preparing the kai, the junior students learned about mihimihi, kohatu painting and haka.
