On Friday 13 April the year 9 Food Technology class made lunch for the Foxton emergency services to say thank you for the work that they do in our community.

Members of the Police Force, Ambulance and Fire Brigade came in to talk to the students, as well as eat the delicious lunch that consisted of mini apple pies, sausage rolls, peppermint/caramel slices, bacon and egg pie and club sandwiches.

"Everyone enjoyed both the food and the opportunity to talk to each other. Our Police, Fire and Ambulance officers learned about what we have been doing over the term, and we got to ask them questions about their jobs"  Navah Chapman.
