Sam Hansen hits three personal bests at final 'hit out' before Secondary Schools Comp in August!

On Sunday 18th June Sam entered her final competition platform, the 41 Degrees Weightlifting Competition in Wellington.
She finished the competition with a personal best 90kg clean and jerk, a personal best total of 156kg. She also gained a personal best Sinclair Score of 201, a score based on body weight vs amount of weight lifted!
This was a massively successful competition for Sam before she heads to the national Secondary Schools Competition in August.
