On the 27th and 28th of January Sam has been competing at Judgement Day crossfit competition in Hawkes Bay

Sam and her coach Mr Nation have decided that this year Sam will no longer compete in teenage divisions but instead compete in the top RX divisions with the big girls. 

This competition was a pairs competition that Sam did with Renae Miller and were up against some of the top female crossfitters in the country. Easily the youngest pair (16 & 17) in this division they exceeded expectations and finished 15th out of 30 teams.
