Day one of the Junior Activity Week saw the year 9 students head off to Nga Manu Nature Reserve in Waikanae and then Raumati Beach for lunch and a swim. The year 10 students had a cooking competition at school in the morning and sports in the afternoon.

Day two saw the year 9 students head off to paintball in Tawa. The year 10 students enjoyed a morning of the Arts. They created dances, made short movies, posters and songs celebrating life at Manawatu College. In the afternoon they had a trivial pursuit competition.

On day three, it was the year 9 students turn to complete the cooking competition in the morning and sports in the afternoon.  The year 10 students went to Palmerston North for bowling and Cloud 9.

On the final day of Junior Activity Week, the year 9 students participated in the Arts rotation and the trivial pursuit competition at school, while the year 10 students went to play paintball.

It was a fabulous week and a great way to end the school year.  We wish all of our students and whanau a safe and happy holiday!
