Sam Hansen wins the highest Sinclair score at the Secondary Schools Weightlifting Competition!

On Saturday 20th August year 13 student Samantha Hansen competed in the New Zealand Secondary Schools Weightlifting Competition in Wellington.

Sam has taken first place at the New Zealand Secondary Schools Weightlifting Champs in the Over 15s Under 69kg Womens division.

Sam snatched 70kg and clean & jerked 90kg for a personal best total of 160kg!

She also got a Sinclair Score (where competitors total lifts are compared to their bodyweight) of 207.197!

Well done Sam!
